By creating an account or using ARA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ARA.
Your account
- You must register with accurate details and keep your password private.
- Every player in a game must have their own ARA account.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
Games, scoring and organisers
- Organisers create and manage games, flights and players, and publish results.
- Scorekeepers must enter scores honestly. Organisers may correct scores; changes are recorded.
- Leaderboards and results are calculated from the scores entered and are provided for fun and convenience.
Side bets
ARA only records friendly bets between players and calculates who owes who. ARA does not hold, collect, receive or transfer money and is not a gambling or betting operator. Any payment (Cash, Geo Payment or EFT) is made directly between players, at their own risk and in line with the laws that apply to them.
Acceptable use
- No cheating, impersonation, harassment or offensive content.
- No attempts to break, overload or access parts of ARA you are not allowed to.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability and liability
ARA is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for disputes between players, including over bets.
Ending your account
You can stop using ARA at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
